By downloading or using Brollr ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Brollr helps prepare stock footage videos for upload to the BlackBox platform. Features include video importing, trimming, frame rate conversion, AI-powered keywording, FTP upload, and CSV metadata export.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Brollr offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed by Apple via the App Store.
• Free tier: 5 AI credits per month. Basic: 70 credits per month. Pro: 280 credits per month.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
• No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.

AI-Generated Content

Keywords, titles, descriptions, and filenames generated by the AI are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before submitting it to BlackBox or any other platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or uniqueness of AI-generated output.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the videos and metadata you create, import, or process through the app. Brollr does not claim any ownership of your content. Videos are processed on-device except when sent to the AI service for analysis.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app to process or upload content that infringes on the rights of others, violates applicable laws, or violates BlackBox's contributor terms.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for rejected uploads, incorrect metadata, AI output quality, FTP connection failures, or any damages arising from your use of the app. Brollr is not affiliated with BlackBox Global.

Apple App Store Terms

These terms are between you and Brollr only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. The following provisions apply when you obtain the app from the Apple App Store:

• Scope of license. Your license to use the app is a limited, non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Maintenance and support. Brollr is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app.
• Warranty. Brollr is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app to you; to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be Brollr's sole responsibility.
• Product claims. Brollr, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession and/or use of the app, including but not limited to (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
• Intellectual property rights. In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your possession and use of the app infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Brollr, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third-party terms. You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the app.
• Third-party beneficiary. You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and that upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
